Terminal 2 - Departures
Bureaux de Change	Two Bureau de Change in Departure area, Travelex open 05:45 - 21:00 and ICE open 06:00 to 21:00. Further ICE Bureau open 07:00 - 19:00. Also four Bureau serving Arrivals area, ICE 06:00 - 23:00 and Travelex 06:30 - 22:30.
Cash Dispensers	Behind the stairs to the mezzanine floor and some near the Dixon’s Tax Free and World Duty Free shops on the left side of the floor. Most domestic and international cards accepted.
Food and Drink	Meals, light refreshments and a bar are located on the mezzanine level above the shopping area. There is a coffee bar on the main level.
Information Desk	There are a number of airport enquiries desk, one opposite stairs to mezzanine level and one near the meeting point in the public area.
Internet Access	There is internet access and a wireless hotspot located in the departure lounges, allowing you to enjoy wireless internet access from your laptop.
Left Luggage	None in Arrivals / Departures. Nearest is downstairs in the check-in area at the left (Lufthansa) end. Costs £6 per 24 hours per item (or part thereof). Open 05:30 – 23:00.
Luggage Trolleys	Free, available outside the terminal and occasionally in the car park.
Medical	Heathrow Health Centre (opening hours: 07:00 – 19:00) is located on the ground floor between terminals 1 and 2 in the Queens Building. There are also a number of pharmacies located before and after security in terminal 2.
Pay Phones	In various areas.
Postal Services	Post Office is below the mezzanine floor next to the toilets. Open 09:00-17:30 Mon-Sat, 09:00-13:00 on Sundays.
Shopping	There is a limited range of outlets available, however the extended seating area provides extra choice. The departure lounge offers a much wider range of retail shops, electrical outlets, jewellers and cosmetic stores.
Smoking Area	Near the Caviar House restaurant in the passenger departure area and beside the Costa Coffee outlet in the public arrivals area.
Toilets	Male, female and disabled toilets, and baby changing facilities are available throughout the terminal in both public and passenger areas.
Worship	The airport chapel is located beside the control tower and opposite Terminal 2 car park.

Terminal 2 - Arrivals
Bureau de Change	Four Bureau de Change in Arrivals area, Travelex open 06:30 to 22:45 and ICE open 07:00 to 23:00. There are another two exchange facilities at the Departures end of the floor.
Buses	Some bus services leave from the Arrivals forecourt, but most go from the bus station. Follow the signs.
Car Hire	Major companies have desks in the Arrivals area.
Cash Dispensers	Two located in main arrivals area. One in between the Post Office and the ICE Bureau de Change, the other is located at the right side of the floor next to the Travelex Bureau de Change.
Food and Drink	Meals, light refreshments and a bar are located on the mezzanine level above the shopping area plus a coffee bar on the main level.
Hotel Reservations	There is a hotel desk in the Arrivals area.
Information Desk	Airport enquiries desk opposite ecscalators to mezzanine level.

Train	Follow signs to the Underground or Heathrow Express for services to London.

Terminal 2 - Check In
Bureaux de Change	There is no Bureau de Change facilities in the check-in area, however, there are some located in the departures and arrivals area.
